General
For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are the only transport device permitted with in the attraction.
Services
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the programme of rides and attractions. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, and inclement weather or special event.
All rides, attractions and amusements must only be used in accordance with the relevant manufacturers or operators instructions, which may include restrictions in relation to users’ height, weight and size, clothing type.
Parking
Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of guest’ vehicles in the car park or contents. No vehicles are permitted to remain in the car park outside the attractions normal operating hours.
Behaviour
Flambards, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission to the attraction, remove from the attraction or exclude from entry to the attraction without any right of refund to any person or persons whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff.
Unnecessary behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other guests is not permitted.
Flambards operates a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of team members.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, any queueing areas and outdoor picnic/seating areas.
All persons entering the site are required to wear clothing and footwear deemed appropriate for a family Theme Park. All persons are required to be clothed at all times.
Security
To prevent offensive weapons or dangerous articles from being brought into the attraction, if you are requested to do so, yourself and your belongings may be searched. It is prohibited to bring any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles or other articles, which could cause injury or affect the enjoyment of other guests. Intoxicating liquor may not be brought into the attraction, neither may illegal substances.
CCTV camera are used to assist in the proper running of the attraction, however we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras. All items, belongings and other property brought into the attraction is at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property.
Tickets/Admissions
All persons entering the attraction must pay for admission or hold a valid ticket. Only persons authorized by us are permitted to sell or offer for sale any items to guests within the attraction. All tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value. Tickets purchased are only valid on the date printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be valid for special events, which may attract a separate admission fee. Tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if Flambards, in its discretion, chooses to do so.
No child or children 15 and under will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over - this age has changed due to COVID-19. Children remain under the control and supervision of the adult at all times.
Offers and discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are valid from full price adult and child tickets. Concessions and disabled tickets are already discounted so future discounts do not apply.
