Pass Holders,
After the recent retirement of four of our thrill rides: The Thunderbolt, Skyswinger, The Hornet Rollercoaster and Skyforce, we wanted to make you aware of the upcoming deadline regarding processing refunds to ensure you have the option to claim your preferred offer.
As a pass holder, we understand the disappointment the recent change in offering may cause and our season pass refund policy is as follows:
- If you wish to continue visiting us when we reopen (1st July), you are eligible for a partial refund of £20 per pass.
- If you no longer plan to visit Flambards and wish to cancel your passes, we can process a full refund of the amount paid..
If you wish to claim either of these options, please ensure that you contact us via email at [email protected] before 5pm on Sunday 30th June.
When contacting us, please include the following details:
- Which offer you wish to claim
- The full names of every member on your season pass
- Details of if you purchased online or in person
- A contact number to reach you on to process your refund or your online booking confirmation number (number beginning with D5)
Please note the team may take up to 7-10 working days to contact you, however as long as your request is with us before the above-mentioned deadline, we will still be able to process this for you following this date.
